Plato POS is engineered for food & beverage enterprises with a privacy-first, on-device architecture. Your menu recipes, transactions, table reservations, and financial ledger remain under your strict ownership. Plato POS operates locally on your Apple device and does not sell, broker, or monetize your restaurant's business data.
Plato POS provides an optional feature allowing restaurant owners to manage menu catalogs and review sales reports directly using Google Sheets.

This network communication remains entirely confined to your restaurant's local Wi-Fi router.
